Unfortunately, streaming providers don't offer a public export function for your viewing history. In the meantime, you can try importing a text list.

Import from MyAnimeList

MyAnimeList has no TMDB ids in its export, so we rely on community-maintained data that maps each entry to the TMDB database.
Most of your list should import, but some titles won't come through. Please check the outcome.
1. Open your Export My List page
2. Choose Anime and click Export My List
You'll get an .xml.gz archive holding all your ratings. There's no need to extract it.
