Unfortunately, streaming providers don't offer a public export function for your viewing history. In the meantime, you can try importing a text list.

Import from Trakt

1. Open your Settings > Data page
2. Click Export Now
It's at the bottom. You'll get a ZIP holding all your ratings and history, and it takes a moment to generate. There's no need to extract it.
3. Upload the file here
and check the results
